Quaint little chocolate shop and cafe, serving delicious hot chocolate, warm drinks and cakes amd offering various chocolate delights for visitors in need of a little 'pick me up'.Especially recommended as service is personable and the owner made our day. We entered just as the shop was closing in a cold and rainy August day. The owner was locking the doors and putting signs away, getting ready to close for the day. After he saw the look of disappointment on our faces, he graciously offered to accommodate us, literally opening the place only for us. Lovely gesture, great service and would encourage locals and visitors to support this local independent shop.
Simple chocolate themed cafe in Black Jack Street, Cirencester which is the cafe capital of the town.
Now I'm not a big chocolate fan, well not chocolate bars anyway, but as we'd got a voucher from over two years ago we decided to visit and have a hot chocolate or milkshake plus a chocolate brownie.
We both decided, as it was a warm summer's day to have milkshakes, I had a strawberry 🍓 shake whilst Mrs G opted for raspberry, which are made with Marshfields ice cream. Very nice.
We then had the brownie accompanied by a ball each of Marshfields vanilla. So not being a particular brownie or chocolate van I was pleasantly surprised, the brownie was excellent.
Drizzle Chocolate is a nice little cafe to sit and watch the world go by for half an hour or more, to enjoy a milkshake and the excellent chocolate brownie 😋
Gorgeous cake chocolate and lemon drizzle cake. Very friendly staff. Strawberry milkshake was nice but could've done with a bit more strawberry flavour - maybe a strawberry or two thrown onto the mix. Nice place to sit and watch the world go by.
